Express delivery is carried out by fast delivery services DHL, UPS.
Standard delivery is provided by the services, with a delivery period up to 2 weeks, by courier to the door or to the Post Office.
Important information
– Delivery time includes only business days, excluding weekends, national, state holidays and force majeure circumstances.
– All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
Exchange and refund
Refund or exchang can be made within 14 working days, from the day your order is delivered. Please make sure all products are in a perfect condition, exactly as you received them, with tag and packing.
In a case of defect, the cost of return shipping is paid by the store. In all other cases, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
Cannot be returned: underwear (briefs, bras, bodysuits), socks, stockings, discounted.
Refunds are made within 10 working days after the items returned to the store and received expert evaluation.
